We offer new vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum clad and all wood window and door products direct from the manufacturer.
Our products are for all new construction projects and remodeling or replacement options for older homes.
Installation:
New construction installation including seal and flashing systems that conform to A.A.M.A. standard or older existing replacement windows and doors installed by license and bonded contractor while maintaining code DEQ and the Contractor's Board standards and practices needed, based on the age of the home.
Design:
We have 20 years of helping home builders, remodelers and homeowners design window and door systems for their projects, ensuring the products used are the best choices offered for the money and grouped together to maintain the design aesthetic while finding the products that work best for the budget. Making sure code required efficiency, & safety features are met.
Repair:
When the existing windows are no longer covered by the manufactures warranty, we can help replace broken or fails glass units, broken balancer springs, replacing cracked or missing glazing bead, broken locks, missing weep hole covers, broken locks & latches, worn out rollers. If its can reasonably be repairs we can do it or recommend replacement whichever is the practical solution.
Service:
We can help when you need existing windows and doors that are no longer covered under the original manufacturers warranty. Sliding doors operational and hardware issues
Project Coordination:
We work with you contractor and sub contractors to do our part in helping the project schedule continues with fewer material and workforce delays.
